My family has used Fisher Brown Insurance for 3 generations. We have all lines-auto, property and personal through them. Best service you could ask for; any questions are promptly answered. We have annual reviews to be sure we are saving as much money as possible. I highly recommend FBB Insurance.

I called to get insurance for my condo on 9/18 am and was told everyone was in a meeting. Andrea did call me back in a short time. I gave her the info and she said she would research and call me back. I called back mid morning on 9/19 and was rudely informed she was very busy and had 2 quotes to prepare ahead of me. 9/23 mid day, still no response so I placed my insurance with another agency

Allowed the carrier to conduct an annual worker comp audit with an employee and without the consent or approval of the named insured. When the auditor's figures were calculated and coded inaccurately, again I received no support from FBB. They are very professional and established, and the customer service you receive is consistent....if you are paying your premiums and keeping quiet that is. Or they'll gladly increase your coverages or sell you subsequent policies. But if there is a disagreement on anything related to audits and claims, it gets chilly. To add insult to injury, the carrier on the FBB policy, American Builder Insurance, attempted to sue us with absolute sham litigation , seeking over quarter million dollars from a disputed balance of less than ten thousands. I've been using Fisher Brown for several years now and have always had top-notch service! Cindy Knoch is our personal account manager and she is always very helpful and responds in a timely manner.

These people are so rude. We actually work for a PCP and when their agents call us they are so rude and condescending. I would never do business with them nor have anyone be subjected to them. They argued with us that we didn't take a certain type of insurance and why we should take it. The only reason they get 1 star is because I don't have the option to give them less. Thank goodness they can't argue with me about that as well.
