Rates continue to go higher with every billing cycle. After paying for premium coverage for over 30 years we have never had a successful claim. Beware of fine print and codes on the said policy. Consult a lawyer.
Friendly people work here. Reasonable prices. I'm a satisfied customer.
I asked for a quote. The agent kept asking to see my coverage from my current insurance provider. I kept telling him that I did not want to do that. He did this over and over. Made me feel like I was dealing with a used car salesman saying " How much money you got?" . Then he calls and says the underwriter denies me. I ask why? Says he cant tell me. Something doesnt smell right with this company.
Seems to be a good agency. Had zero concerns when we had hail damage last year. They were responsive and helpful.
Excellent insurance company. Have used for several years. Great customer service.
