Farmers has been amazing. They explained the policies very efficiently. Their agent, Kevin, was a huge help getting my quote then following up on my policy. They were amazing to work with when I needed them. No surprise charges. They made choosing an insurance and a policy a breeze. They gave me all the info I requested and Kevin went over every bit of it and then some. He helped me compare how their policies stand out and the differences between each one. We played with various variables and he broke down the cost of each scenario until he came up with the perfect fit for me and my family. I can rest assured that my family is in great hands and covered in just about every possible way. Thank you!

I have worked with Bill Jordan for insurance needs for over 15 years, and find him to be very knowledgeable and interested in getting the best coverage and the best price. Too often my friends or family members think getting the lowest price means they got a good deal, but have no idea what their coverage is. After talking with Bill, I feel like I know what I'm buying, and why the cost associated with my protection is a good value. If you want Mercedes coverage, you should expect to pay Mercedes prices. Chevy coverage should also cost Chevy prices. Bill can cater your insurance to the level you want to pay, and make sure you understand why the price is appropriate for your needs, whether you want or need a Mercedes or a Chevy.
