Farmers Insurance - Vang Yang

Unfortunately we had a great experience for 10 years. Vang helped us with home, boat and auto insurance. Then when we had a claim for hail damage things were still being taken care of professionally. Then on a technicality our claim was not extended even though we exhausted all resources to have everything taken care of in a timely manner. This is when everything changed. Vang was short with his responses when I reached out to him because the claims department was not responding in a timely manner nor were they answering our questions in a clear and concise manner. Their responses were short and made up of generic responses and would not clarify things when asked. It is disappointing.
