To Whom It May Concern, I've been asked to share my thoughts regarding how Brittney and her staff did. I'm not in the habit of doing reviews however, I felt this one warranted one. Brittney and her staff were very professional and willing to help me. Its nice to hear pleasant and sincere people on the phone now days. The one thing I didn't like was all the emails that I was receiving from Farmers, which i felt was excessive in my opinion. Once a week would of been fine but it seemed like I was getting messages everyday. I was waiting for my plumber to contact me and today, he finally reached out. I forwarded the information in to your office and everything was okay, which that is what I would have expected. So, thank you Farmers, Brittney and her staff, for being there for me,

Miriam is a professional and outstanding person. She goes above and beyond to help clients. She is not only professional but knowledgeable person. Love her personality and commitment to her job.

Exceptional customer service. I was bombarded with emails and texts offering quotes and Ulises was the one person who respected my time and provided me with exactly what I needed. I highly recommend him.
