Farmers Insurance - Trevor Randall

I was hit this month (totaled car) and it has been a nightmare (as expected) dealing with the at fault party's insurance. Lindsey was always there to answer questions and stepped in when we needed our insurance to come through at help fight for what we were owed. I have nothing but kind things to say about Lindsey and her team. When I actually needed my insurance to help me, they came through and went above and beyond from our agent to all the other Farmers employees I worked with. Lindsey McCown is our agent, and I have slowly converted my entire family over to this agency! :) 10/10 would recommend.

I had an outstanding experience working with Lauren Hill! She was able to find me auto insurance coverage at half the cost of my current carrier (and lower than 4 other carriers), which is incredible savings. Beyond her expertise, Lauren has such an affable and approachable personality that made the whole process easy and enjoyable. She is an asset to the Randall Insurance team! She took the time to answer my questions and made sure I felt confident in my decision. I couldn’t be more impressed with her professionalism and the results she delivered. Lauren is incredible to work with. She’s honest, goes out of her way to get you the best deal, and she’s such a sweet and kind person. Can’t recommend her enough!

Poor communication. Needed a bond for Process Serving License, a very simple process made hard by Jesse in particular. They got my dates wrong and then proceeded to tell me it would take “ a day or so” for them to correct it. They say they will call you and never do. Would not recommend. I tried cancelling my policy with them multiple times and can’t get my “agent” on the phone.

Lindsay McCown is THE BEST insurance agent you could ask for! She works tirelessly for her clients and is a trustworthy, honest and professional referral partner! I send all my real estate clients to her and trust she will treat them just like I would! Highly recommend!!!
