I went to this place to have a letter notarized. I printed it out just as I left the house. It was raining outside and a few drops of rain feel on it and the ink started to run. When I arrived to this location that’s when I noticed the ink was running. I walked inside and asked the gentleman that came from the back if he could reprint the letter, because I didn’t want to pay the notary fee and have the city reject the letter. The man gave me every excuse why I couldn’t send the letter for them to reprint it. They have several printers in the facility. Not to mention the document had to be no more than 4 sentences long, and I offered to pay for the print if ink was an issue 🤷🏾‍♂️. The gentleman told me no. I would have to return home, which is 15 min away and come back to get the letter not

I went to Nickens Agency to have a document notarized. The entire process took less than 5 minutes! The staff there were friendly, professional and made sure I was handled with care. I had a great experience and the privilege of supporting a LOCAL, Woman owned, Black owned business. I will be a return customer for sure!

Initially I thought my experience here was great in April, but returning in August when I still hadn't received my title in the mail it was ruined. I called first regarding this and was told over the phone that there was no record of anyone with my name submitting for a title transfer back in April. I was asked if I actually was helped at the Wadsworth location or the Germantown location. I stated the wadsworth one. I was then asked if I had a receipt. Considering it's been four months, I of course do not have one. They then asked if I had my registration, which I stated I did, and that I would bring it in with me. When I came in they then stated they did find my name before I actually gave my registration over. I thought this was the end of it. No, I was then going to be told about the 90

Always superior service. They have consistently served the West Oak Lane, Mt. Airy & Germantown areas for over 25 years, I believe. That Wadsworth Avenue location is the best!
