I have been with Farmers for over 10 years. I bought a new truck in 2023 and asked them to put full coverage on it. This year I found out that i had only personnel bodily and property damage overage. 1000 a year.. no vehicle, no comprehensive or collision or replacement. I emailed Tony about this. He called me and He said he would get back to me later about this issue. He had to look over the phone conversation. Also he said he would that day get back to me with a quote. That was Monday 03/16/25.. Not a word. Not even an email. With the no collision or comprehensive, When someone asks for full coverage, Tony said that doesn't mean collision and Comprehension is added. I am an average Joe. I do not know the insurance industry. I hire people to help me guide me thru it. Like any service busi

We REALLY appreciate Tony and his team! My husband and I have been going through this specific Farmers office for years and have always had such a great experience working with their staff. They are kind, patient, professional, and thorough. Their team makes me feel like they actually have our best interests at heart. And It is especially nice to have such a flexible and understanding team of people like that you when life gets messy (because it will). I highly recommend them!
