It was great getting the new insurance for our rental property.

I"m so happy with this company and a person working there by the name of Elsa is a God send. she's very efficient and knows her business. I can't say enough good things about her. if you happen to join this company, you will be in very good hands. we are snowbirds and sometimes have requirements over and above and Elsa always comes up with a solution. Pretty much one way relationship: I send my checks, they don't check or call me to see if I need anything. Never had a claim but just received a cancellation notice due to the California fires - option to move to a subsidiary company after I pay a substantial %% increase.

I have been using Tom Breitfeller and Farmers Insurance for my health and life insurance needs for years. They are always so helpful when I call and address all my needs and concerns.

Always knowledgeable and responsible. Very honest and clear about what is needed for my life stage. Would highly recommend!
