We had homeowners insurance with Farmer's for 32 years, and our policy was recently cancelled without any explanation whatsoever. There were no changes to the property, nothing that would have/should have had any material affect on our insurance. Reached out multiple times to Tim by phone and email, got nothing but silence - a complete 'ghosting.' I'm utterly shocked at the lack of professionalism and complete fecklessness that we cannot get an explanation after 32 years. Run away from Farmers.
Tim did a great job in helping us get home owners insurance! I would recommend Tim to anyone who needs 🏡 owners insurance. He was responsive, professional and took his time explaining what was covered in our policy. He made the process seamless.
