Farmers Insurance - Susan Jorens

While I started using the signal app for savings, I recently found a much better use. Jake was in a friend's car and they were messing around on a gravel road late at night. He has been bow fishing gar and that works best in the dark. Long story short, they ditched the car. Signal recognized that and immediately contacted him to see if he was ok. They stated if he hadn't responded in 60-90 seconds, they would be dispatching emergency services. This added benefit is huge. While he was completely ok, it is nice to know that he would have had help on the way on an otherwise low usage road where he would have waited for quite a while for help. Thanks!

I had been with the Susan Jorens Farmers agency for over 3 1/2 years, for both home and auto insurance. Service on the policy was good, until I had a major claim. Then, the insurance provided was poor. There were 3 condo units that suffered a fire loss, and all three owners went to their policies for reimbursements of painting, carpeting and other repairs. The other two condo insurance agents negotiated well, and provided good reimbursements for painting, carpeting and other repairs. Farmers did not negotiate well on my behalf, and I received very few reimbursements. The painting was limited to the first floor ceiling, and not the walls; the carpeting was limited to the first floor only, and not the basement. The farmers adjuster did not visit the site of the fire loss until 5 month
