The staff at this insurance agency is very hard to get a hold of. They took way more money from me than we had discussed and I have been fighting to get it back. In the beginning, they were easy to get in contact with and now that there is a problem with my policy I can’t get a hold of them at all. I would not recommend going to this agency.
