I don't understand how this agency has 5 stars. They misquoted me on several policies then after I sign up the price is more. They give inaccurate information and can never explain anything. On top of that they NEVER answer the phone, I have to call over and over all day. They also don't respond to emails either. It's difficult to cancel policies. I could go on and on. Worst experience with an agency I've ever had to the point I switch insurance and paid slightly more to not deal with them because I was told by Farmers that you cannot change agencies. Avoid signing up through them and just call the toll free number if you want Farmers.

Great service! Rae Deleon was awesome and helped me all the way. I had a claim on my account that I never submitted, and she helped me clear it and told me where to go when nobody else would the other insurance companies just wanted to charge me over a 1,000.00 more but she went above and beyond and stood by me until it was fixed. Thank you, Rae, for the wonderful customer service!

Jae was spectacular in her knowledge of the policies and her efficiency to provide a like-for-like policy versus my old carrier. The savings were great, but the confidence Jae fill me with was so comforting. Thank you Jae!
