Ive been with Steven and his team since 2015 and he has always taken care of all my insurance needs, with life/auto/ or home policy. Very personable and timely responses whenever I have claim, questions or a change to my policy. With him it really feels like what the farmers commercials are advertising.
I called last week because I received my renewal in the mail and it had my ex-husband's name on it. We have been divorced for 3 years and I had already asked for his name to be taken off everything due to personal reasons. It said excluded driver but I asked if his name could be taken off of everything since he is no longer living with me. I received another statement in the mail today that said he is insured on my vehicle again and my premium went up almost $200. I called this morning at 9:00 am and Omar answered the phone and said he fixed everything, but will look when he gets back into the office. But he said my premium will go up if he is not in the household anymore. He has not been in the household for 3 years so why should I have to pay an increase now? I called back at noon and he
