Been with them for about a year with 2 automotive, renters and motorcycle insurance. Never had a problem, Staci or Mary always return my calls and have worked on any issues I have had (very few!) in a timely manner. Don't plan on going anywhere anytime soon. Update: 1-17-22- Still here. Still no problems, still recommend! Update: 12-10-24. Still with Staci for my motorcycle insurance, and still strongly recommend!
Staci Blackwell is the best person to help with your insurance needs in the Kansas City area! She works very hard to get you the best deal. When you have an issue, she is prompt and goes above and beyond to take care of things for you. We love Staci, and Mary, who works with her in her office!
