Farmers Insurance - Scott Littlejohn Agency

I insured a vehicle through Scott between the Winter of 2021 and Summer of 2022. I sold my vehicle in July of 2022, IMMEDIATELY notified him, and he stated that my policy would be canceled immediately. In October of 2022, I realized that billing had continued. I reached out to Scott a second time, whereupon he requested (another) copy of my bill of sale. I sent it same day - he responded that the policy would be canceled. Billing continued. I called him on the first of March, 2023, and he confirmed that he had received the previous bill of sale and that he would cancel the policy and provide me with a refund. Today, 3/15/2023, I sent him an email and called him 3 times during the first 2 hours of his business day (as reflected on his website AND Google). He refused to answer or respond.

Scott is an A+ insurance agent. I have my auto, home, health, and life insurance with him. He is the best agent I have ever met and he's the best at explaining the new Affordable Care Act options. Really cool laid back guy that is incredibly trustworthy.

After 5 years of struggling with Medicare, Scott solved my problems in about 15 minutes. Won't say there weren't 'bumps' in the road, but they were the insurance company or Medicare. Scott did his job!

Nice guy and helped me set up my medicare - after that I tried to contact him about question that I had about the policy and was thinking about switching my home and auto policy - I tried at least 6 times over the year to reach him - left messages and no return call - when I went to his office - closed - so what good is an agent if you can't reach them and they never return calls?
