Walked in and left all my details for an auto quote with the secretary. They could not be bothered to contact me with a quote. Went to another Farmers agent in Sioux Falls, received a quote from them, and now have a policy with Farmers through them. Highly unprofessional. Don’t bother with this agency. They are literally useless.
Sara is fantastic. I never have to worry about insurance matters. I also appreciate how much her agency gives back to the Vermillion community.
