Their quality of service is impeccable. They call semi- annually to check on my requirements whether I need less or more coverage. I always get to speak with an agent or receive a return call within the same day or 24- hours. There are no recorded prompts to deal with. They supply the coverage on my residence, and my Electrical Contracting Business, which includes my 3-vehicles and general liability insurance. Do not work with Roger Daniel’s or his agency. They do not care about your best interests. He is a scam and should be ashamed of himself and that ridiculous Cyber Truck he drives. If you are not already versed in the nuance of insurance policies, do not ask Roger. He does not know. He is not able to explain simple policy terms to his clients, all he understands is how to take your money and leave you with inadequate coverage. My last homeowners renewal was $11k, for $450k of coverage. $11k. They would have continued to charge me this exorbitant amount had I not caught it. In addition, they never sent proof of car insurance to my bank, jeopardizing my car loan. Do not work with them.
