Farmers Insurance - Roderick Bair

We have been using Rod for a few years. Health insurance wise, he has really advocated for us when our Insurance dropped the ball. I appreciate having someone go to bat for us and take the time to get on calls and take that stress off of me. We use him for our health insurance and our home insurance and we are very happy. He always gets back to me and keeps me in the loop

Zero stars, thanks for absolutely nothing These guys tried to cancel my home owners for bogus reasons "saying I was remodeling my house" I never have and it never happened Double my rates on my car insurance, saying" thats the way it is" I had been with this branch since Chuck ran it then sold to Brad. Really never filed any type of claim and was treated so poorly that im just in shock. I really have nothing nice to say about Rod or his staff There are plenty of insurance agencies around thank God I don't t have to deal with these people anymore Keep my money.......and thanks for nothing. karma got its ways

Rod and his team are nothing less than excellent. They are responsive, knowledgeable and care about our bottom line. Rod's team has access to a wide variety of policies, to ensure the right fit and best cost. It's one call to handle everything we need, including business and personal insurance lines, workers comp, vehicles, boats, equipment, health care, and investment property coverages. Highly recommended to local business owners and people with a lot going on! This depth of service is hard to find, and much appreciated.

Rod took over this business from Brad Laggat and is doing an excellent job of providing the same customer service and care. Highly recommend him for both personal a business insurance needs.
