Farmers Insurance - Patrick Newby

I started my first auto policy with Patrick Newby and his associates several years ago and they were amazing to work with. I even got into an accident and they handled it like champs but it seem this office has completely fallen off. I got a new truck after the accident and I put full coverage on it, I knew it was going to be expensive given the accident and all but almost a year later my 400 dollar bill turned into 500 (no policy/premium change the bill just started going up), then the next month 650, I contacted him several times via phone call, he answered only twice and told me he would look into it but he never did, I then messaged his office in about every manner possible, email, call, text, in app messages and he never did respond after those 2 calls. So he left me with my ridiculo

When I first started my policy with Patrick Newby they were fantastic, but over the years it became more and more difficult to get anyone from the office to return a call or an email. I have finally switched to a different Farmers' Agent due to the absolute lack of communication from this office.

My kiddo was in a wreck and their first question was, "Oh no, is he okay??" All the rest of the details were handled after showing me genuine caring, and that makes a real difference. Thank you!!! -J

We moved to Oklahoma from Texas 5 years ago. I found Payrick and his team online at Farmers Insurance, and I’m so glad I did. They are not only professional and educated, but are very personable. They truly care about you and make you feel that you’re not just a customer, but part of their family. We had to file a claim last year and they made it so easy. I always have a great experience with these awesome people! Everyone in the office is so helpful and they really look out for my best interest and do everything to simplify things for me including scheduling appointments! I know I am in great hands and always have the best policies for me!
