Beware! This guy will tell any lie to take your money and then make it difficult to cancel. Corrupt to the core. I got a reasonable quote from him back in early 2022. After I bought the home and received my actual policy, I noticed that the price was 40% higher than what he quoted me! When I questioned him about it, he merely stated that it was the best he could do. In the following 2 years my rates more than doubled. Last December I called and sent an email to cancel my policy after finding better prices elsewhere. He said everything was good and I didn’t have to do a thing.
