I was Nancy's customer for 3 and a half years and it was a great experience. She and her staff are incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful. You can tell they genuinely have your best interests at heart, and they always gave me great advice about policy decisions. I felt really confident and secure knowing my policies were through Nancy. The only reason I left was because I've moved out of state, otherwise I would have continued to be her customer for years to come. If you need auto, renter's, or other insurance in the San Francisco Bay Area I can't recommend Nancy highly enough for your agent.
