Farmers Insurance - Michelle Wilson

Michelle Wilson and her staff were so kind when we came in. They took time to visit with us and fill all our needs. She even kept the office open after hours to allow us time to complete our project. In a side not if you are in the area looking for things to see or do stop into her office and have her show and explain the beautiful huge full wall mural recently done on the side of her building. It gives an interesting pictorial story of Historic Safford that is really interesting. Kudos to Michelle who works hard to revitalize the beautiful historic Safford downtown area!

We are grateful for our experiences with Farmer's agent, Michelle Wilson and her team in dealing with questions and working through insurance claim issues. They have always responded with attention and assistance. Always they are very helpful when we have needed to restructure insurance to lower costs.

We are completely pleased with our local insurance agent here in Safford. Michelle and her staff are always helpful and we renew annually with no problems. We even bundled in our auto insurance with our homeowners this year. Always great service!

The absolute worst when it comes to customer service. My husband and I used to have them as our insurance carrier but we soon discovered they don’t care, in fact they could care less about you and your insurance needs. And, they didn’t have the courtesy to call us back plus they raised our insurance prices so high; maybe because my husband was getting older? We moved over to Progressive and are having much better service and care in Graham county. I do not recommend Farmers Insurance in Safford, Az.
