My mother called Michael Orman on October 19th to cancel her insurance with them. My mother is an elderly woman on dialysis. She went to go grocery shopping today November 6th and noticed her money missing. Well They took the payment out because Mr Orman didn’t cancel her policy. She called him and asked why they took it out when he assured her he would cancel her policy . His exact words were “ that’s not my fault and I have to go we are not even open yet” which he answered the business phone. This is so unprofessional and to do this to an elderly woman. I, as her daughter will go above his head to get this resolved. I know they record phone calls and someone is going to replay that call on October 19th and make this right by my mother or corporate will be getting a phone call from her da
