Farmers Insurance - Matthew Mills

Recently having to adjust my homeowners policy to landlord policy. As I say and listened to the staff member explain the new policy and deductibles, in agreement. Unfortunately due to the recent storm I had to file a claim. When I was told that my deductible had increased by $1500, I contacted the office. This is NOT what I was told nor was it discussed. Instead of owning and correcting the mistake, the staff told me that we had went over the policy. Not once did she own up to her MISTAKE nor apologize for it. My home has been covered by the same people for MANY years at the same deductible. I never would have agreed to a $1500 increase. Excellent customer service and support from all of Matthew Mills team . They go above and beyond when it comes to help with any questions regarding your account with them . I have been a customer for 10 years. Never had a problem . When I leave a voice mail , they get back to me that same day .

Bad service. They treat old customers bad and say they owe a balance when they always paid the full amount on time. Plus they used automatic payments so whose fault is it if the payment truly was not collected? Why wasn’t this balance on any future statements if it was truly owed? My parents are hard working people and they shouldn’t be treated this way. 1 star from me.

They are very helpful and full of information. They treat me like family. Its worth the time for a quote. I have never had an issue with getting any questions answered or calls returned. Always been treated fair and with respect along with a smile.

If I owe you from a past term then why did you never try to take it out on any future payments? Why was it never collected until after several other payments on automatic payments might I add? You shouldn’t treat people this way. Glenda or whatever her name is that starts with a G is rude so less than 1 star from me.
