Everyone loves the Murphy.. Me, too... my experience with farmers has been great. Very workable.... Unfortunately, I have left for a company that's less expensive, but I'm unsure that they will live up to the expectations I have since being a Farmers customer, so I may be back.

They took their time to go over all of my options with me tell me to determine the best option that fits me. There was no hassle and they did not rush me into a decision.

Murphy basically held my hand and walked me through switching providers. Truly amazing customer service. In no way am I joking, this man needs a raise or bonus for the patience he showed me.

This agency responded quickly to my claim by promptly sending out an adjuster and roofing consultant. My claim was quickly adjudicated within a matter of days. I was kept informed during each step of the process and the agents ensured that I understood the claims process, providing all documents related to the claim in a timely manner. I believe my claim was fairly adjudicated and also was pleased with the availability of electronic deposits of final amounts.
