Mr Crawford is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I contacted him to get a quote for car insurance. Although it was a bit more expensive with his company, Farmers Insurance, he took a look at my home policy and noticed coverage i didn't have which I thought I did. He explained different coverages in detail. I've learned more from him in that one conversation than I've ever known about insurance, so i switched to his company.
