Farmers Insurance: Mark Dezuba

I talked to Mark and he took the time to discuss the coverages and the options for my home and auto insurance. I really the fact that he didn’t rush me. I eventually wrote my home and auto insurance policy with his agency. He made feel at home.

Mark is an agent who takes his time to explain all the various coverage options in a way that I could fully understand. He also has a great sense of humor. I can tell he enjoys his work. I recommend Mark and his wife Diana for all your insurance needs.

I am 75 years old and I appreciate that Mark spent time in reviewing my policy and coverages. He is knowledgeable and easy to get along with. He also saved me money on my auto insurance.

I absolutely cannot believe what a nightmare this has been with this agent. He sold me a bill of goods, did things wrong, and am now paying $35 over my quoted price because of lies and mistakes HE made. He said the auto driving app, if I decided not to do it, would be 3 or 4 dollars more.I found it is is something like 16. I have renters insurance, not homeowner, and he pit it down wrong, so that bumped my rate up again. He misspelled my name, and it took 4 TIMES for him to correct it. I needed a declaration page for my apt complex and it took a week, even tho he promised next day. I had to hound him to get him to even send it to me. And THEN he hadn't listed my apt on the page, even though I gave it to him twice, once when signing up, once when I asked.for the page. I am now being charged
