I used this office for homeowners insurance for 20 years. After receiving a notice of non-renewal in the mail, I called multiple times to ask some questions before the cancellation date. I never heard back after leaving messages with an individual and on voicemail. I have never filed a single homeowners claim on this policy or any other homeowners policy. I still don't know why my policy was suddenly cancelled. After 20 years of paying premiums and no claims, I would've at least expected my phone calls to be returned. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I recommend USAA for homeowners. They made the switch easy and were very professional.
