Great service! I went into the office and despite they were moving there office, Kellie stopped everything to help me. I got an amazing rate for my car insurance. $650 for the year. 😀

They can never answer a question. It's always gotta call another number. They claim they can't look up a policy but yet you have insurance with them and they are the one that auto drafts the money out of your bank account every month. Nice yes helpful NO , lazy yes, rep's know their job NO. They just work there don't know when pay day is cause it goes direct deposit like they take your money every month auto draft.

Keline answered all of my questions, provided me with a quote, and was honest enough to tell me my current insurance product with another agency is the better deal.
