This "broker" does not possess a minimal working knowledge about insurance. We requested a renter's policy for a family member which he indicated would not be a problem. After numerous discussions about something which is pretty straightforward, he advised that he submitted the application to the company, which was "ejected" and that he does "not have a market for this risk." So he didn't understand what renter's insurance is and the carrier does not issue renter's insurance. Called another carrier and it was done in under 10 minutes.
Worst Insurance Agent in New Jersey. These agent are very happy and as long as you keep overpaying for their policy. I should have canceled our home policy 5 years ago.Agent Girish has no etiquette. After cancelling policy they have no procedure of sending cancellation email. Stay away from these agents. Farmers should be tracking these agent and cancelling their license.
I get my Dollar a Day car insurance from here, have been for two years, and the guys here are great. They'll make sure you understand exactly what you're getting, and make the process very easy. I called and was able to make an appointment for the very next day.
Great customer service. Answers any questions you may have and is very clear when helping you out.
