Farmers Insurance - Joseph Rouzier

I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life! Long story, but I called Joseph Rouzier in an attempt to get better rates on my auto, homeowners and umbrella policy, back in mid March. I have been with the office for many years and never questioned anything. I discussed all of this with Joseph and he said he would get back to me. All I got was excuses and no follow up. So, I took my business elsewhere and saved alot of money!! When my new agent emailed Joseph with cancellation notices, he did not respond several times. I found out yesterday that he never put the cancellations through to farmers and Interstate. I also found out that he sold his business to a wholesaler and didn’t inform me. Joe and his team really care and are honest. Take it from me, if I have to pay extra money to maintain their care and coverage I would do it because the effort and dedication they provide to you is PRICELESS!
