I honestly don’t know where to start. Let’s just says am under my sisters insurance. She had an accident back in Feb 9 until this day April 6 my sister still doesn’t have her car She has been her own Agent throughout her own case. She called Jorge today to ask what’s happening with her car he sighed as he was tired of the case and more forceful than helpful he told my sister he would look into the case. I wouldn’t recommend him or Farmers AT ALL. If I can give 0 stars I would.
