Farmers Insurance - Joe Ramirez

Farmers insurance has been great to me so far. Thank you for offering me great coverage and a very affordable and competitive premium on my homeowners insurance. I hope they continue to be fair and reasonable in the years to come.

I am switching to Farmers, bundling my Home and Auto. After checking with many carriers Farmers was the better choice and coverage. Most places just want to sell you a policy, and Joe took the time to inform me on what he is selling me and explain my coverage's. He also made great suggestions which I greatly appreciated. I honestly look forward to having him as my insurance agent moving forward. I hope people can appreciate the informativeness to his customers and the expertise he brings to the table. What an amazing guy. I just called to ask for a simple flood insurance quote and he literally talked to me for almost an hour, giving me advice and giving me a heads up on so many things I didn't know. Not only that, he had a really outgoing personality. Made me feel so comfortable over the phone. Really nice man. Do recommend. Very patient and explains everything in detail to you. I've been with Joe Ramirez for 8 years now. I had one claim in those 8 years. Him and his staff have always been very professional. He's provided sound financial advice regarding life, home and auto insurance. I'd recommend him to anyone!

Please Please Please do not visit him!!!! Do not get insurance with Joe Ramirez. He is so rude and obnoxious. My family has been with him for years. He had the audacity to tell me that I shouldn't have bought a new car because I will get into a car accident. Instead of giving me the service I pay him for. He never answers phone calls or when you visit him in person he talks down to you. What an awful experience! Save yourself the headache!!!!
