Farmers Insurance - Jim Lee

First I just want to shout out to Ms. Baker....WOW what a review ??? I don't know what kind of meds your on but WOW. Jim Lee Agency is awesome customer service and the claims process was explained so I had no surprises and i was compensated well above the figure I had in my head. For some the rates might be higher but for others the rates might be lower. For myself the rates are right for the personal service I continue to be spoiled with. They always know my name and know what is important in my life and any given moment. they even ask about my cat "Ralph". I will be with Jim Lee Agency until I no longer need insurance.

Was paying one something added another car it went to 400 than back down to 2 something. Geico I'm on my way. I know people with more cars than me been in an accident and not paying what I'm paying g for just two cars

Last week he was still was sending me bills when he ..is not my agent..he came to my house ..offered me money ..cash for dinner or something He did something he said he was going to do..I said..no..do not do that ... He was my agent for about 24 hours. I told him something was undone ..and he texted ..he was not going to do anything .about anything regarding me..and it involved the thing he had said he was going to do and I had told him..no Still recently getting bills from his office ...his name
