Farmers Insurance - Jillian Schroeder

Jillian was my agent for over 5 years, carried renters insurance with her for 4, and Home insurance for 1 year. I had no claims ever with them. Then she jacked up my insurance on my home by over 300 per year, Due to a mistake on her part . If she would have done her job correctly to begin with and read the property description stating I had a 3 car garage. Her agency called me an accused me of lying or deceiving them about a garage. Very poor agency. Come to find out my neighbor is a farmers agent and now I have coverage with Farmers again for less than I was originally paying with Jillian's agency. then she charged me a 33.00 cancellation fee which I didn't know about. and then turned it to a collection agency. which I promptly paid when I received the notice. this agent is n

I was being pushed around by another insurance company when it was time to settle my claim....they wanted me to except an offer which was $4400 less then other estimates...I had to reach out to Jillian to ask for help to see what she could do for me..she said she called and left message....then 3 days later sent an email....after I followed up with my claim with other company they confirmed that they don't even have a message option when calling...so no message was ever left..There was never no phone contact between Jillian and other company...just the email..At this time I had no more options and was forced to settle taking a $4400 loss on a $6800 claim...isn't this why we have a insurance sales rep to step up for us in these critical times.....This is a awful showing of professionalism o

Jillian has been my agent for about 3 years. I have been very happy with the great amount of knowledge she has with insurance coverages.inwould highly recommend contacting her or her office for a quote and I’m sure you will renew with her!
