Farmers Insurance - Jennifer McCrary

I have been with them for a few years. They did nothing to help. For more than a year, I asked for help to lower my insurance. They did nothing about it. I found a better insurance, then she decided to send me a quote for a better opportunity, so I would not leave them. No, thank you, I found a better one! After a complete cancelation. They still decide to charge me a fee. I asked why, and she said there could be a cancelation fee, but call them to better assist you. Please rethink about choosing her as an agent. Seems like her position fits her too big. I did call the company twice. I spoke to two different people. Not one of them could tell me a good reason why I was charged. They told me it could be for a variety of reasons. OK, what reasons? They even mentioned that the papers did look
