Farmers Insurance - Jeff Guettler

Very helpful staff, as a small business Vlad Meltzer was very helpful cleaning up for another agent whom had left me hanging. I felt that after he guided me to the right person things got fixed up with my local contractors boards. I do appreciate his extra step in facilitating a fix.

We had several difficulties with our insurance policy when it was transferred from a previous agent to Jeff Guettler's office. In the end, Jeff Guettler's office was not able to help us resolve some of those difficulties, but they were able to help us cancel our policy and give us the information we needed to start a new policy with a different company. Although we had difficulties with our policy, the staff communication and follow through regarding final items with Jeff Guettler's office was 10/10. If the opportunity presents itself, I would 10/10 recommend working with this office. It just didn't work out for us in this particular situation, and we unfortunately did need to cancel. Jeff Guettler's office was really great to work with. Thank you!
