Farmers Insurance - Henry Stockman

We have been one of Henry’s clients for years. He has always been incredibly professional and responsive. His staff has always been the same. A very recent example was just 3 weeks ago when we bought a new truck on a Sunday. I emailed Henry to give him the details so that he’d see it 1st thing Monday. But he replied to my email and within the hour we had coverage on the new truck! Great service!!

This is by far one of the best insurance businesses in have never had any realigns with. Henry and his wife ( the owners) are outstanding folks and their employees are also super nice and great to deal with. I saved hundreds of dollars on my camper and over 1k per year on my Harley by switching to Farmers from Progressive. I would also like to thank their insurance salesman Cory for taking the time to get me my needs for my insurance. Super nice people and a very clean environment of this business.

I am an agent myself. I called today to get a fax number so my new customer could send a cancellation request to this agency. I was asked if I was serious and if I knew this was 2023? Henry was extremely rude and asked if I had priced him out. I explained that had nothing to do with my call and asked if he had a fax number. He told me to google it and hung up on me. My new customer called later and was hung up on as well when he told Henry he was saving money with our agency. My customer had to call the 800# to get his policy cancelled and also filed a complaint against Henry. This is a bad way to do business. When you leave our agency it is on good terms because one day I hope to win your business back.

Go anywhere but here. Worst experience I can say I have ever had with an insurance company or any company purporting to be a professional service agency. Ms. Stockman us of being 'illegal' and then tried to charge us over $2000 for a workman's comp policy they told us we are required to have. I found this to be outrageous so I set about doing research to try to figure out what in the world she was talking about. They were totally unprofessional and their information revolved solely around getting commission on a policy we are legally not required to have bc we qualify for the exemption. So I called several other agents in the area including our accounting firm and did my homework and found out we qualify as exempt. They never offered us this solution, never mentioned that was the best

I recently was in an accident and reached out to the Chattanooga FARMERS INSURANCE branch. I was in touch with Beth, who went out of her way to help me transition from having an accident into getting it fixed. She had the best attitude and was so knowledgeable about all aspects of the process, she consistently went out of her way to make a difference and the service and the way I was treated and getting my car fixed in a speedy way
