Heather is absolutely awesome! She will go above and beyond to help with your insurance needs! Even if it means answering her phone at 7am on a Saturday to walk me through filing a claim when my husband got in an accident.. She was more than willing to help!!

I cannot say enough how thankful I am for Heather and her team. Since having a baby & going prn at work I was forced to turn to marketplace. I set things up on my own and the premiums were outrageous. Heather helped me figure out where I was going wrong. Then, Ambetter cancelled me, but was still billing me. I had no idea I was cancelled and had even made some payments through their automated system which they took, so I definitely thought I had coverage. Heather has been a dream to help me sort this all out and gain my coverage back. Sure, I could do some of this without her, but obviously not to her level of expertise. Thank you Heather!
