Biggest ripoff I’ve encountered in 20 years. DO. NOT. USE. THESE. PEOPLE. Absolutely horrendous experience. We’ve been a customer (auto AND home) for nearly 25 years and have filed fewer than five claims. They’ve never given us the proper discounts we deserve. After we discovered they had been insuring my dead father and a car that was sold years ago, we asked if they could be retroactively removed from the policy. Of course, we get the run around and lots of nonsense thrown at us. No help or sense of loyalty to their customers. If you have used them, piggyback on the class action lawsuit against them like I am. Also, do yourself a favor and go to Progressive. They’re much more affordable with identical coverage and better customer service. Unbelievable.

Thieves take your money post payment late and want late fee. Dont buy there insurance to file s claim after 3 weeks of calling vould not get through to file a claim. Don't buy insurance from this company. Hands down worst insurance i havr ever haf.

Three years ago a Farmers agent ran a red light in downtown Dallas and totaled my beloved versa. She was even wearing her Farmers work shirt at the time. Then they insulted me with a low-ball settlement. Now another Farmers agent has the audacity to send me a mailer soliciting services? I didn't think Farmers Insurance could disgust me more. Then they went out of their way to prove me wrong. For shame.

*** WARNING *** DO NOT CHOOSE FARMERS! They have the worst customer service in the business....I have been trying for days to get a claim resolved and all I get is a run around. There are plenty of other companies to choose from that could not be any worse!

well if you want an insurance agent that lets your partner cancel your insurance and steal premium money and then the farmers agent doesnt even call you to tell you you have no insurance on the limo your driving then you get pulled over at 10 pm on the hwy they take your limo and plate and make you walk 90 miles home and have to pay about 1000 in impound and ticket fees and your drivers lic gets suspended for 60 days because of the no insurance tickets and too many points well this is the worse agent i have ever done buisness with so beaware
