Greetings, I will need a supervisor, or someone in management to give me a call asap. Regarding the cancellation of my car insurance without my notice. I have spoken with two of your associates that can not explain to me, why is it, that I was Not notified and sent 3 documents on 3 separate occasions with the same exact document. Now when I sign into my account, their is no information found. Your company has demonstrated incompetence, disrespect, and a disregard for the well-being of your customers. I have filed complaints with several different agencies, stating to them & providing proof of your recklessness.
