I wrote something yesterday was better then what I'm going to write now. Man was not open during business hours minus one star. But by hours on his door was a number. Witch he picked up. And explained what he could to me due to he was out of office.... Ill be back sir. Be open this time cause I need assistance. And if that means transferring the policy and account to you that's fine cause i think I signed up for the one I actually needed. It's just I need my agent conveniently located and you are the only farmers insurance establishment i have seen so far when I'm driving in a car. Might not be Monday cause I'll try doing it my self first like you instructed but if there proves to me opticals in a prosses that sounds so simple I'll be seeing you for a visit. Loss of one star do to hour
