Simply Unprofessional. Ericka never did call back on a Quote I requested. Preferred to chat thru txt the next day in the afternoon. Undertrained or un resourceful, kept insisting that I had not had continuous coverage when a different carrier was rewarding me with a discount for 5 yrs+ continuous coverage. I expected better
Highly recommended! Elsa and her staff are very professional and provide excelent custumer sercive. They have helped me with my pesonal and busnnes needs. They are quick and provide acurate information.
Elsa and her team are very helpful, and proactive, she was ahead of the game on my first home insurance, very thorough when explaining what is covered, I highly recommend her.
Very satisfied with Elsa Ortega anndher staff specially Yvonne she does everything fast and efficient never had a problem she communicates fast and solves any question thank you !
