Ed provided my home and auto insurance for the last two years because he was able to beat what I was paying at State Farm. Unfortunately, my rates started to slowly rise over time as is typical with all insurers. But this latest renewal period, the rates rose over $200 per 6 months, so it was clearly time to cancel. Of course I can't fault Ed for this, he has no control over what Farmer's charges. But when I called him and told him I intended to cancel, his attitude changed and he was short with me. He told me to e-mail him the supporting documentation, which I immediately did. It was late in the day so I didn't expect him to take care of it then, and instead asked him to let me know when it was done. I heard nothing back from him.
