Farmers Insurance - Donna Natrajan

Having a personal insurance agent, rather than a toll free number where you don't know who you are going to talk to, is what sets Donna apart. She truly cares for those she serves and wants to help them have the best insurance product for their needs as well as the best price. During our annual reviews we always find that there are some tweaks we need to make to our insurance. She makes this process easy for us and also insures we have the best product for our life. I had to get a liability policy quickly and I was so impressed with how responsive and attentive Donna was. There was quite a bit of back and forth, but Donna never missed a beat. She is incredibly knowledgeable and guided me through the entire process with ease which took so much of the stress away. I was able to get insurance in place within the deadline and at a much lower cost than I anticipated to pay! She genuinely cares about the people she works with and if she can't get you the best coverage for what you need, she'll tell you. Very honest, highly ethical and she really knows her industry. The company has a good reputation however the agent is typically what is most important. Donna is wonderful first, and then choose to offer the services through a good company.
