We were pleased with the support and timeliness of our work with Steve Watt at Donald Zerr Farmer's Agency. The pricing and coverage for our homeowners policy were well balanced given that we didn't want to or couldn't bundle auto. We will hopefully continue our work with them in the future.

I was needing a new Farmer's Insurance policy in place for my 'bundle' second home, and auto within a few days. I called a few Farmer's agencies and was surprised to have only answering machines answer the phone. Even after leaving messages, several did not return my phone call. When I chose a different town close to where the home is, Steve not only answered the phone but my insurance was in place and signed within 20 minutes.
