Farmers Insurance - Diane Tran

Bad service, had to cancel and try for a refund after they tried to revalue my home for over 100k it's worth, adding close to 400$ to the premium after I already paid. These people are crooks....

Well, I just got my homeowner insurance with this office. The total amount pay in full was $1480.00. It's included $90.00 application fee. I gave them the checking account. Then, I find out that they got $1580.00 from my bank account. I email and asked about the extra $100.00. They reply it was the office's application fee charge $100.00 which never mention before. I've been buying my homeowner insurance from many other offices in the past 11 years and I never pay a penny. So, if you decide to get the insurance here, make sure you come into the office and pay with your own check. Don't give them the account number like I did!!!!!!!!

Wonderful service and very helpful staff! I was in an accident earlier last year and they helped me in filing a claim against the person who hit my car. The staff helped me multiple times when I couldn't come in contact with the other driver's insurance company and I got my claim paid off pretty quickly. They also take care of my home insurance and rental properties and always give me reminders.

The staff is very rude. Not explain for customer. Agent just want us money, they don't cares about us .

Took advantage of my old parents. Charged them extra fees and made them pay in cash.
