Farmers Insurance - Denny Smith

I have been with Farmers for nearly thirty years. When my insurance agent retired several years ago and sold his business which included my policy I received poor representation from the agent that took it over. I tried to deal with the new agents/s that had the business for two years, finally I got tired of not being satisfied. I saw Denny Smith's agency and went in and talked to him about what was going on; I asked if he would take over my insurance policy. It took quite a while and he had to buy my policy from the other agent, but he has been handling me for the last five years. He is great to deal with. Usually available to take a phone call for a quick question, and if he is not he gets back to me promptly. He is great to deal with and will take the time to explain to me anything in detail that I need to know whether it be about costs or coverage. The pricing with Farmers is very competitive also. I saved over $50.00 a month on my wife's vehicle insurance.

I love Sherry in the office, always so helpful and efficient. I met Denny one of his first days after taking over from another agent. He has always has been helpful. When I had a Major pipe burst, I hated negotiating for repairs. Also just they way $ was put on a card it was impossible to keep track of. And when your home is torn apart, who has time to keep tally? There just has to be a better way. I sold my house and am now renting so will never face that again.
