I have several Farmers insurance policies for over 35 years and never had a problem with Farmers Insurance, until I met Dave! Dave was very unprofessional and not responsive in dealing with a problem that he created by his lack of diligence in filling out the paperwork correctly. His lack of not putting the correct information on my documents created hours of extra work for me. When I contacted his office the person answering the phones was no help and was very rude. After finally contacting David Cook his attitude was very poor and he did nothing but argue that it was not his fault and even if he did fill out the paperwork incorrectly it was my problem to figure it out. I highly do not recommend this Farmers Insurance Agency.
Stop in! Will totally take good care of you, and treat you like a friend. And if you can bundle the home, auto, life insurance, earthquake, RV's and Toys, the discounts are powerful. Some occupations, like teachers, engineers, first responders, and about 50 others get an even deeper discount. IF YOUR HOME IS BEING CANCELLED DUE TO WILD FIRE RISK, THIS IS THE PLACE TO CALL!
